1.Environmental problem
(1)Small plots
The size of most plots for operations of agricultural drone are between 0.2 hectares and 0.5hectares,and we can’t ensure that every plot can next to others.As a result,there are so many questions to reduce the working efficiency,that we must ask the conditions of local farmland before we take orders.
(2)Many trees and electrical wires
Fields rounded by a lot of trees will increase flying risk coefficients.And everywhere ,high-voltage wires will greatly influence electronic magnetic compass,and increase the unstable factors of flight.We must stay away from trees and high-voltage wires.
(3)Many demos
With impertinent curiosity,farmers always become onlookers,when drones are spraying pesticides.It is a great impact and pressure for drone drivers,so we should make sure a favorable situation for spraying pesticides.
2.Flying skills
(1)Flight height
Basing the spraying effects,we suggest keeping the flight height between 1 and 2.5metres.If drones fly too low,the spraying range and working efficiency would be affected.Even drones will explode ,because crops may be entangled in drones.If drones fly too high,the spraying effect would be not very good,so we have to hear the grumble from farmers.A suitable spraying height is good for everyone.
(2)Flight speed
In principle,under the safe and spraying effect,higher speed means higher efficiency.But the drone is too heavy in reality, and we find the inertia of drone is too big.We can’t control the flight attitude of drone,so that it will be increase the accident rate of drones.Overall, drone weight of 10kg with flight velocity of 5 m/s is suitable.
(3)Optical illusions
We can’t judge the distance between the drone and other things by our eyes,when the drone is too far away from us.So optical illusions easily emerge from operations.It means that we must ask ground coordinators give correct signal to drone drivers .Of course ,with technology breakthroughs,drones can judge stopping moment and make appropriate actions voluntarily.Now, we invented the technology of plan routes and auto flight,but it is not suit for complex farmland.
3.Personnel assignment
According to praying pesticides,every drone at least need 3 person,drone driver,ground coordinator and signaler.If there are only two persons,the drone driver have to do more things,because the signaler can’t take pesticides and retool the cell,so it will waste a lot of time.As a drone driver,he can’t do nothing but take off and landing and spraying pesticides,otherwise the rhythm of spraying pesticides will be disrupted.
4.Preflight check
We should finish the preflight safety check when we useTianying agricultural drones.We should check the electrical machinery,paddle,GPS,cell and so on.Finishing the safety check is responsible for the safe of person and drone.
5,Emergency
(1)Runaway drone
Facing runaway drone,many drivers will be too tension to solve the problems,so that the situation became worse.Now,I must tell you that you must keep cool in this situation,or you at least remember to change the flight mode to the manual mode,because this action can cut the link between the drone and GPS.It is suit for the problems of GPS,then we can get the control of drone.At this time,we should raise the throttle instead of landing ,then we should rectify the gesture of drone at a higher position and find a safety place to land.
(2)Abnormality of drone.
An abnormality of drone is an examination for drivers’ skills and experience.We should try our best to steady the drone,and make a slow landing.If the drone is absolutely out of control,we must remember the safe of person is first.
There are so many uncontemplated questions in our operations,but we must remember that we should keep our cool all the time and believe our judges.We also need a lot of practice and experience of senior persons.As a eligible drone driver ,we should throw ourselves into operations.
