This series of simulated field flight operations was finished by the large-scale agricultural unmanned helicopter TDN-01 in a recent flight demonstration in Tianjin. This is China's first fully self-developed 80-liter drug-loaded agricultural plant protection unmanned helicopter. The drone is independently developed and manufactured by Shenzhen United Aircraft Technology Co., Ltd.
In recent years, unmanned plant protection and flying defense has become a hot word in the field of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. "Currently, agricultural drones use mainly small and medium-sized motors, and the drug loading is generally around 30 liters. It takes off and lands once every 15 minutes." Liu Yunling, a professor at China Agricultural University, said that the joint aircraft (Zhonghangzhi) TDN-01’s drug loading capacity has reached 80 liters at present, which is the model with the largest drug load and the longest battery life in domestic agricultural drones. She further analyzed that, according to the calculation of 20 minutes per shelf, 8 hours of operation per day, theoretically, it can operate 2000 mu per day, and can reach 1500 mu by 60% operation efficiency. "When it enters the market, it will make up for the short board of the current small agricultural drones, and it will play an important role in plant protection and fly defense of large-scale fields in the north." Liu Yunling stressed.
Wang Jun, vice president of United Aircraft (Zhonghangzhi) said frankly: "We will soon deliver the first prototype to the field, and plan to complete the finalization in one to two years, and ready for mass production in 2020." It is understood that the entire production capacity of this model will be introduced to the market by Zhongzhan Financial Leasing Company in the form of leasing, thereby reducing the capital threshold for users to purchase the whole machine. This is also the industry's first production capacity leasing model.
