01, Region of implementation, size of funds and duration
（1）Region of implementation
Pilot areas are 22 counties (cities, districts) of the whole region and Nongken Group.
（2）Size of funds
Total annual fund scale of 10 million yuan; Determine the object of the subsidy according to the order of the application until it is used up
（3）Duration
Implementation date from the date of release of this programme (21 September 2018) to 31 December 2020.
02, Subsidy standard
Considering the factors such as the payment ability of the purchase object and the relative maturity of the current market model, taking the drug load of the agricultural drone as the file parameter, the quota subsidy is carried out, and the subsidy amount of the single machine is not more than 30,000 yuan.
The subsidy classification and subsidy rates are shown in the table below.
03, Subsidy target
Subsidy targets are agricultural production and operation organizations engaged in agricultural production and plant protection operations. No subsidy shall be granted for the purchase of individual agricultural drones for the time being, and the amount purchased by the same object of subsidy shall not exceed 10 units.
04, Process of user application subsidy
1, Independent purchasing
Agricultural production and operation organizations shall independently complete the purchase of machines, and product sales enterprises shall provide machine buyers with machine purchase invoices, certificates of after-sale service, certificates of product qualification and 2 sets of rubbing films containing product models, complete machine factory numbers (fuselage codes) and flight control codes, ground station codes.
2, Bidding for subsidy
The application for payment of subsidy funds shall be implemented in the form of "Purchasing first and then application, first application first subsidy, no subsidy for no application, until the fund is replenished".
The agricultural production and operation organization shall apply for subsidy funds to the competent department of agricultural machinery at the county level after purchasing the agricultural drone and completing not less than 200 mu of operation.
And the county agricultural machinery department shall conduct on-site inspection after the operation of the agricultural drone and apply for capital application entry according to the current use condition of local funds.
