In December, the temperature dropped to -20℃ in the northwest field. In the cold wind, the CHfield team entered the field as promised. As civil aviation flights occupy all the airspace full day, flight tests can only be conducted between 23:00 and 8:00.
The flight subject tasks involve photovoltaic payload, SAR radar, detection equipment, link data and many other supporting external cooperation units.
The tasks mainly consist of three parts: scientific research test, preliminary preparation for domestic bidding and preparation for demonstration of electronic warfare equipment in a certain country in late December. The related work is carried out methodically under the command of the rear leader and the field leader.
In order to ensure the successful completion of the demonstration of electronic warfare in late December, the team needs to arrange several flight tests ahead of schedule, each time for about 5 hours.
In order to reach the standardfor each target, the team arranged multiple flights to fully test the system. At the same time, the scientific research flight test work is carried out methodically. A series of follow-up test tasks will be carried out as scheduled.
