"There is something hanging below, what is this doing?"

When the cable is ready, there will be a mobile signal."
August 6 -7, due to the Luos upstream heavy rain caused by luohe within the Luohe water surge, through the region suffered a serious flood, along the Tongxiang Wood, Xujiawan township, Shuanglongwan township and Hengjian township part of the regional communication disruption seriously.
After receiving the disaster, Sanmenxia Mobile Lu branch immediately organized emergency repair personnel, vehicles, materials, quickly rushed to the scene to carry out fault repair. On the bank of Luohe River in Quli Village, Shuanglongwan, which was badly hit by the disaster, there was a communication pole road by the river which was washed away. The 240-meter optical cable across the river and 5 cement poles of transmission lines on the mountain on the other side of the river were pulled down. The optical cable fell into the river and was pulled in many places, and the communication between the 8 administrative villages in the whole township was almost completely interrupted.
Emergency workers in place after the analysis of the terrain, because the river 200 meters wide, the boom in fast-flowing, water level, emergency workers cannot reach across the river, only from the last two kilometers over the mountain to get to, but even if the person reach the opposite, the side of the river cable can't send in the past, than by many alternatives, the use of drone scheme was finally determined. However, due to the operation of drone involving wind speed, weight and other factors, plus the river is very wide, accidents may happen at any time, in the process of operation, we have been nervous to hold a sweat. It was only when, after many tests, the drone was able to reach the mountains across the river that everyone breathed a sigh of relief. After nine hours of busy work on both sides of the river, staff successfully laid 600 meters of cable across the river to restore communications.
