Relying on excellent teachers, this training course has gone through many rounds of design and discussion to scientifically design the training content according to the students' needs. Senior experts from the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Party School of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China were invited to give lectures covering the principles of Marxism, the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and the sand table simulation of Party history, etc. The curriculum was detailed and systematic, and comprehensively taught all the points of knowledge of the Chineseization of Marxism.

The theoretical study of this training course was divided into two stages, and at the end of each stage, the participants of the training course organized a rich form of group debriefing according to the content of the study. The content of the debriefing covered the core viewpoints of Marxist philosophy, the contemporary value of Mao Zedong Thought, Xi Jinping's ideological and working methods, Xi Jinping's Thought on Strengthening the Military, and scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement, etc. In the form of the debriefing, the participants of the training course made the theoretical knowledge more comprehensible and easy to learn through the colorful debriefing content by means of a scenario play, a debate, and a public lecture.

In addition, the training course also invited Director Yang Weiping, Chief Engineer Shi Pengfei, and Director Song Jing to give lectures to the participants and discuss with them on topics such as strong military thinking, security design, and intelligent manufacturing.
Highlight 2 Visiting the red education base and carrying out the practice of serving the country by aviation
After completing the theoretical learning content, under the leadership of Secretary Wei Hu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the Institute of Automation and Control, the members of the Young Horse Class went to the Red Flag Canal Memorial Hall located in Linzhou, Henan Province, to carry out on-site learning at the red education base. In the Red Flag Canal Memorial Hall, the trainees learned the ins and outs of the Red Flag Canal spirit of "self-reliance, hard work, unity and cooperation, selfless dedication"; in the Red Flag Canal Youth Cave, the trainees renewed the pledge to join the Party on the spot, and the construction of the Red Flag Canal Youth Cave of 300 young warriors to talk to the other side of the air; in the Yinxu Ruins, trainees feel the long history of the Chinese millennium culture. In Yinxu Ruins, the participants felt the long history of Chinese culture for thousands of years.

In order to further strengthen the practical learning of serving the country by aviation, the trainees of the Youth Horse Class visited three sister units of the aviation industry in Luoyang, Henan Province. At the Air-Air Missile Research Institute, the trainees learned about the development history of air-air missiles; at AVIC Optoelectronics, the trainees visited the intelligent manufacturing workshop and felt the latest achievements of automated production; at the Aviation Industry Optoelectronics Research Institute, the trainees felt the development of the fire-control system.

Highlight 3: All Participants Participate in the Spotlight Program, and the Cavalry of Lecturing has been on the battlefield.
In order to do a good job of explaining the Party's innovative theories to the youth, enhance the temperature and effectiveness of theoretical learning, and focus on Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the Youth Horse Class has created a "cavalry" of young people's theoretical preaching before the completion of the class, so as to promote the theoretical learning into the brain and into the heart. Into the heart. All the members of the class chose their own topics and each of them completed an 8-minute speech, integrating the knowledge they had learned in the Youth Horse Project into their speeches. Afterwards, they will become a spark, and after returning to their respective units, they will continue to publicize their ideas in their respective workplaces, and spread the spark of the Project more widely.
