I found that most of the more than 20 parts requested by customers are non-standard products, and the mold opening cycle is very long. We communicate with the customer's engineers, fully understand the customer's bolting requirements, and provide them with standard head-shaped parts, which greatly reduces the time and cost of mold manufacturing.
The final customer approved the plan. Through the rapid transformation of the company's existing molds, we completed the delivery of 20 samples within two weeks, and passed the prototype trial assembly verification.
At the same time, our recommended fastener solutions are also recognized by customers. Later, I learned that the customer's ability to 0 fasteners in the research and development stage is relatively weak, and I hope to have professional suppliers to provide support for them.
As a result, we obtained another 5 projects the customer and delivered them on schedule. It is expected to bring 12 million yuan in sales for the company in the next three years.
