Hoversurf, a Russian company, promised to build electric vertical take-off and landing vehicle last year, and this year it said it was ready for mass production and opening bookings. The vehicle's name is Hoverbike S3, initially priced at $150,000.
According to the company, the Hoverbike S3 frame uses a variety of carbon fiber technology. It flies on four screw propellers, weighs about 115kg. Hoverbike S3 can fly five meters above the ground at a maximum speed of 96km/h and can carry an adult in the air for 10-25 minutes. The specific flight time depends on the deadweight and weather conditions.

Hoverbike S3 itself is not a high spec, neither fast nor long enough to make it perfect for the police, but it can handle things in some hard-to-reach places. In some ways, it expands the scope of work.
