The first use of UAV in Liandu District

On November 7, Liandu District launched the first high-altitude illegal construction patrol of UAV, adding "sharp tools" to the prevention and control measures of illegal construction technology in Liandu District, which also indicates that Liandu district is gradually realizing the "look at the sky, check on the ground, online management" all-round non dead angle prevention and control network.
The prevention and control of illegal construction has always been the key and difficult point in the construction of "basically no illegal construction area" in Liandu district. Since the establishment of "no violation of construction", Liandu district has greatly strengthened the investment in civil air defense. The village (community), township (street) and district level three-level patrol mechanism has been established, the "listing construction" and "four attendance" systems have been strictly implemented, and the dynamic supervision and control of 233 villages (communities) in the whole district has been realized. The phenomenon of disorderly construction, illegal land occupation and unauthorized rush construction has been effectively curbed. However, the problems of the effectiveness of civil air defense means is not strong, the cost of manpower is high, and the difficulty of law enforcement is also emerging.
In order to make up for the lack of civil air defense means, Liandu district actively explores technical prevention and control means according to the deployment of provincial and municipal governments. After the comprehensive operation of the "comprehensive management system for prevention and control of violations", actively prepare for aerial photos of UAVs to investigate violations. When the UAV is put into use, it can save time and effort, improve work efficiency, eliminate blind areas and dead corners, and achieve the goal of comprehensive and timely detection and disposal of violations.
Next, Liandu district will further improve the aerial photo inspection mechanism of UAV, combine it with "three-level inspection", "listing construction" and other civil air defense means to achieve the full coverage of illegal construction prevention and control in the jurisdiction.
