Our department has conducted domestic public bidding for the following projects, and the procurement funds have been fully implemented. Suppliers who meet the requirements are welcome to participate in the bidding. 1. Project Name: Target Drone
The number determines the number of bidders and the number of bids for each bid supplier. For details, please refer to the third part of the bidder's instructions (7).
2. Transportation: To be borne by the bidder.

I. * Bidders can make a selection of packages - or multiple packages, and invest in multiple packages. Fourth, the qualifications of bidders:
(1) Qualifying conditions in accordance with Article 22 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Government Procurement:
1. Have the ability to independently assume civil liability;
2. Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system

4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law
5. There were no major illegal records in the business activities during the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
(2) The supplier shall be one of the following: (1) It shall be established for not less than 3 years and shall be a wholly foreign-owned or wholly foreign-owned holding enterprise; (2) a public institution; (3) an military unit.
(3) The different persons who are responsible for the same person or who have direct control and management relationship may not participate in the same package procurement activities at the same time. If the production site of the production enterprise is the same address, and the shareholders of the sales enterprise are related, it shall be regarded as wher direct control and management relationship. If there is any relationship between the suppliers, they shall make a voluntary declaration. Otherwise, they will be given a penalty for inclusion in the list of bad records and not participating in military procurement activities within 3 years.

(5) The bidder must have a third-level or above (including) confidentiality certification (the military unit bids, the confidentiality qualification is not required).
(6) The bidding enterprise must have a quality management system certification.
(7) The bidding enterprise must be the manufacturer of the products to be invested.
V. Time, place, method and selling price of the tender documents

6. Quality management system certification.
Remarks: The above documents are limited to the qualifications of the supplier to purchase the bidding documents.
