He led the team to overcome difficulties, provided high-quality guarantee for radar performance with near-perfect index performance, and made new contributions to the advent of the world's first air-cooled two-dimensional active phased array fire control radar.

After more than 20 years of hard work in the aviation production line, Tang Jie has mastered 8 types of stunts, obtained 7 invention patents and more than 30 innovations, and has become the chief expert in China's aviation airborne radar radio assembly. In the past 5 years, he has taught 515 hours of teaching for new employees and skilled personnel. Studio members and new employees have formed 53 pairs of mentors and apprentices.
