For this reason, the Environmental Planting Institute of the Academy of Thermal Sciences specially developed the mobile phone APP application platform for monitoring rubber tree diseases and insect pests. The database was established by collecting and collating the basic information of rubber tree diseases and insect pests through flight prevention operations, and the corresponding prevention and control early warning system was established.
