Shunfeng New Logistics UAV looks like "Devil Fish"

A new fixed-wing vertical takeoff and landing UAV was unveiled at the China International Transport and Logistics Fair in Hangzhou in 2009. The new fixed-wing vertical takeoff and landing UAV, named MantaRay, was independently developed by Shunfeng.
_The design inspiration of the aircraft comes from the Devil Fish in the deep sea, so the aircraft is also known as the Devil Fish UAV. It has a wingspan of 3.5 meters, a fuselage length of 2 meters, a height of 0.8 meters, a maximum load of 10 kilograms, and a flight distance of 120 kilometers. It belongs to a medium and long distance flight UAV.
In terms of flight speed, the maximum flight speed can reach 30 meters per second, and the duration of the Devil Fish UAV can reach 90 minutes. At the same time, in transport flight, it can skillfully "get cargo into the belly" and greatly reduce flight resistance.
Devil Fish UAV uses a variety of lightweight composite materials. Carbon fiber composite materials are widely used in the load-bearing skeleton to meet the requirements of strength, stiffness and reliability in the normal operation of the aircraft. The whole machine structure adopts modular design, which can be quickly disassembled and assembled to ensure the efficient transportation of the whole machine.
Moreover, this UAV also supports the whole process of intelligent operation, and has the ability of automatic takeoff, automatic cruise and automatic landing in the execution phase. In case of unexpected situations in flight, the UAV can automatically switch from fixed-wing mode to multi-rotor mode and hover actively.
It is known that the "Devil Fish" UAV belongs to the terminal distribution stage of Shunfeng's three-stage air transport network of "Large Manned Transport Aircraft+Branch Large UAV+Terminal Small UAV". At present, the UAV has been put into a large number of flight tests under real logistics scenarios, and has preliminary actual flight transport capacity.
