Infantry battalion: why does our army repel the four axis aircraft and love the hand throwing UAV?

Speaking of small UAVs, people always think of the first four - axis aircraft produced by the Chinese Xinjiang company, a cheap and convenient small UAV, which has monopolized the 70% civil market in the world. But in China and the United States infantry battalion, a large number of hand thrown UAVs and less four axis aircraft are used. What is the reason?
The US Army currently uses the Raven hand throwing UAV, which weighs only 2 kilograms and costs about 200 thousand yuan, which is 30 times more expensive than an ordinary four aircraft. The body of the raven is made of Kevlar material. It can fly continuously for 80 minutes, equipped with GPS satellite positioning system and optical / infrared night vision camera. Easy to carry, simple operation, high technology content, known as the Army soldiers carry thousands of miles.
The Chinese army has also been equipped with hand throwing UAVs in the synthetic and special forces, a rainbow -802 UAVs similar to the American Raven UAVs, and the camping level of reconnaissance has increased to 10 kilometers.
Rainbow -802 is the smallest military UAV developed in China. This is an electric hand throwing small unmanned reconnaissance machine, the main performance is similar to the American crow hand drone. The take-off weight of the machine is 6.5 kg, the total weight of loading is 10 kg, the motor drive is used, the practical lift is 4000 meters, the endurance time is 90 minutes, and the cruise speed is 80 km / h. The rainbow 802 is usually folded in the packing box of the armored reconnaissance car. It is launched in battle, taking off in the mode of hand or ejection, using parachute and equipped with optical and infrared thermal imaging reconnaissance equipment, and the data transmission distance is 10 kilometers.
Now the latest rainbow 902 UAVs have been equipped with troops. It is an improved type of rainbow 802. It also uses a single hand throw takeoff. The weight is less than rainbow 802. It is only 3.7 kilograms, the maximum radius is 15 kilometers, the endurance time is 60 minutes, and the cruise speed is 80 km / h.
So why do the Chinese and American forces do not use the four axis aircraft, only equipped with hand thrown UAVs?
The four - axis UAV is more flexible than a small unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with a fixed wing. It can rise and fall vertically and hovers in the air, providing a more convenient control advantage for the field forces. Our army and foreign army also use a small number of civil four axis aircraft, but they are only used for auxiliary operations, which is not enough to show that the four axis aircraft is suitable for military requirements. Because in accordance with military standards, the current civil four axis aircraft are not qualified.
The pure military UAV has special requirements for its endurance, flight performance, all-weather capability, anti-jamming capability and load capacity. The lithium battery of civil four axis aircraft, the weight of every 300 grams of battery can only make 500 grams of UAV flying 17 minutes, and the endurance capacity is very insufficient. Military UAVs require more batteries, such as output power and low temperature performance. The design must be absolutely safe and reliable, and the performance must be stable and durable.
Military UAVs also have super powerful anti-jamming capabilities, and civil four axis aircraft are easily disturbed. In the complex electromagnetic environment of modern warfare, the ability of civilian four axis aircraft to fly is a big problem. Therefore, the current civilian multi axis UAV is eight blocks away from the real military requirements.
