Zhou Xinmin gave a special party lecture on party discipline learning and education to party members and leading cadres of the whole group on the theme of "Caring for the great cause of the country, being determined to reform and forge ahead, fulfilling the mission and responsibility, and ensuring the steady and long-term development of the party's aviation power with iron discipline". Focusing on the three key aspects of "Why should we use iron discipline to ensure the steady and long-term development of our cause", "Examining ourselves, what problems, risks and challenges do we still have, and what is the direction of deepening reform", and "What role should the group party group and party committees at all levels play in the process of reform and development, and how to play a good role". He pointed out that accelerating the Party's aviation power with iron discipline is the fundamental basis for defending the "two safeguards", an important guarantee for striving to be a national security guardian, and an inherent requirement for striving to be a leader in high-quality development. We must strengthen the consciousness of abiding by discipline and make greater contributions to the Party's aviation power.

The conference was held in the form of on-site plus video.
