While others are still spraying pesticides in traditional ways with sweat in the fields, the villagers of Huzhuang in Gaogang District, Taizhou, will use "high-tech" drones.
Taizhou operator launch conference of shared agricultural drone service platform of Hi Sen Agriculture was held. Taizhou Dazhi Wujiang Intelligent Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Huzhuang Town, Gaogang signed an agreement on pilot use of DJI agricultural drone, which will provide services for farmers and open a new chapter in science and technology farming.
On the morning of January 9, a drone began flying slowly in Gaugang Huzhuang, which has a total length of 2.2 meters, a large propeller of 2 meters, a total weight of 16kg and a maximum take-off load of 14kg. The drone usually flies between 2 and 3 meters at a speed of 4 meters per second. The daily work carries a load of about 10kg.
This drone is the agricultural drone specially developed by DJI. After using the agricultural drone, it takes only half an hour to spray 30 mu of land, and the working efficiency is more than 40 times that of artificial spraying.
The drone provided by Taizhou Dazhi Wujiang Intelligent Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is leased and priced at 7000 yuan per year. The pilot lease is planned to place one drone in each village to basically satisfy local farmland.
According to the plan, they will set up one store in each agricultural town in the future, which will provide a range of services, including drone leasing, pesticide purchase, personnel training and so on.
The emergence of agricultural drones can be said to insert "wings" for "intelligent agriculture", and will certainly become another "sharp weapon" to promote agricultural modernization.
