She reviewed the history of the Chinese labor movement from the three aspects of the Chinese trade unio and its development, the spirit of the 18th Congress of the Chinese Trade unio, how trade unios of all levels of the aviation industry play their roles, and gave an in-depth propaganda on the spirit of the 18th Congress of the Chinese Trade unio. Associate Professor Song Jingyong, an expert from Party School of Jiangxi Provincial Committee, gave a special lecture on the work of trade unios in enterprises in the new era, and comprehensively and systematically interpreted the Regulations on the Work of Trade unios in Enterprises for the trainees, which was in-depth, rich in connotation, and had strong theoretical, pertinence and guiding nature.
At the exchange meeting of trade unio work, each unit mainly focused on implementing the "3511" trade unio work system of Aviation Industry, improving the ability of service center work and the masses of employees, introducing the work situation, sharing the experience and practice, and exchanging and learning from each other.
Xiong Hong put forward three requirements for the labor unio work of AVIC:
First, we should study and implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Trade unio, effectively raise the political status of trade unio work, adhere to the Party's overall leadership of trade unios, keep the theme and direction of China's workers' movement and trade unio work in mind, and strive for the Party's and government's support for the work of trade unios.
Secondly, we should insist on the implementation of the "3511" trade unio work system, effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of workers to build up their career, continuously strengthen the ideological leadership of workers, resolutely safeguard the rights and interests of workers, and take measures to enhance the vitality of workers' innovation and efficiency.
Third, we should continue to strengthen the self-construction of labor unios, effectively improve the ability and level of service to the masses of workers, and correct and improve in a targeted manner in light of the problems existing in the construction of labor unios themselves. We should systematically standardize the work of trade unios, consolidate the construction of trade unio organizations, insist on the establishment of trade unio organizations in accordance with the law, science and standardization, selec frothe best and strong trade unio cadres, strengthen the training of trade unio cadres in business capacity, and continuously improve the level of trade unio construction, and promote the work of the quality and efficiency of the new enhancement.

During the training period, the trainees went to Hongdu Labor unio of Aviation Industry to carry out joint learning and joint construction activities.
