It is reported that the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department initially tends to establish a registration system. Drones weighing more than 250 grams will be required to register their personal data via an online system. In addition, densely populated areas such as prisons and sensitive facilities will be included as no-fly zones.

In fact, due to the drone disturbing, wounding and other incidents, it has become a common consensus at home and abroad to strengthen drone supervision.

So the State Administration of Civil Aviation issued the "Regulations On the Administration of Real Name System for Civil pilotless aircraft", requiring civilian drones weighing more than 250 grams to be registered by real names as of June 30, 2017. It will be completed by August 31th.

According to statistics, as of March 22, 2018, the number of drones registered in real name has increased to more than 180,000 units.

It is worth mentioning that the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department published a consultation document in which the use of drone by passengers was also considered.

In fact, in order to prevent terrorist attacks and curb drone disturbances and other incidents, European and American countries pay more and more attention to strengthening the supervision of drones and have issued relevant regulations to prohibit drones from flying in important and sensitive areas. It includes most tourist attractions.

For each country, with the continuous improvement of the drone, the price and the threshold of use of the drone continue to decline, so strengthening prevention and management of the drone disturbing, wounding, and other incidents will become the top priority.

On the one hand, it is the mainstream choice to perfect laws and regulations and introduce various management regulations; On the other hand, tourists who are not familiar with other countries' drone regulations will be the focus of attention. Tourists must abide by local laws when they travel abroad.
