The battery should be packed in cartons under the condition of half capacity 20-50% for shipment. The violent vibration,impaction or squeezing should be avoided in the transport process; neither is exposed in the sunlight nor rain. The batteries shall be shipped by normal transportation such as by road, by train, by ocean or by air.

1. What Warranty do you have?
* 12 months Manufacturer's Warranty with manufactured date;
* For defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt and used improper);
*Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible).
* Must report what the defect is and your order number.
* WE DO NOT REPAIR OR updat ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.
